The goal of Farmers Win Coop crop scouting program is to help our producers better manage their crops through scouting to increase revenue. By using weed pressure and economic thresholds to his or her advantage and catching outbreaks of pests early, producers can ensure more productive fields with higher yields.

Crop Scouting Includes:

• Weekly or bi-weekly reports from mid-May through July
• Population counts along with stand evaluations and plant growth staging
• Weed identification; size and pressure
• Insect identification and economic threshold determination
• Disease monitoring and identification
• Nutrient deficiency monitoring
• Early season insect population counts (Corn Rootworm, etc.)
• Detailed assessment of field conditions and overall crop condition
• Scouting reports that include images and field maps with pin locations
• Scouting reports received same day via email
• FWC Crop Scouting = $3.75 / acre with a $0.25 discount if paid by Jan 10th.
